Watchfire to offer service and support team training. Sign up today! The Watchfire Service and Support Team will host a company training event in Danville, Illinois from August 13-14.
With formal Watchfire factory training, your technicians can provide more efficient service for your customers and may be eligible to participate in our field service network. Our experienced trainers will use a hands-on approach to understanding the internal components and the electrical and data pathways within every Watchfire sign and digital billboard. Participants will learn troubleshooting techniques and have the opportunity to build a sign during the session.
In addition to covering our outdoor products, the second day will cover our indoor and sports products plus Ignite OA, Ignite OPx, and Ignite Sports software training. This second day of training will include the AVIXA Certified Technology Specialist™ (CTS®) Renewal Unit (RU), “Watchfire Pro AV Design and Installation Support," that will allow AV professionals around the world holding AVIXA's CTS credentials to earn renewal units towards their certification by completing this specific Watchfire education program.
You have the option of attending one or both days depending on your needs. We will cover your hotel rooms for up to two nights if you are only attending the first day and three nights if you attend both days.
Each training session is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and includes daytime meals. Seating is limited.
